You did a poo test (FIT Test) at the Caribbean Prevention Center and the test results showed traces of blood in your stool. Now what? To determine the cause of this blood, a doctor will examine the inside of your colon. Follow these pre-surgery directions and relax…most colonoscopies have a positive result.

We just need a sample of your poo to rule out colon cancer. Blood in your poo could be an indication of polyps or cancer. You do a poo test, called FIT-test, at home and bring it to us or to ADC or MLS. We will inform you within ten working days whether further testing is needed.
